A unique prestigious building in the mythological streets of Tel Aviv, within walking distance of cultural and recreation centers.
The project will include the reconstruction of a historical building designed by architect Dov Karmi in 1957.
The planned reconstruction, which will be done by architect Giora Solar, will restore the old building’s glamour, and combine past elements with technology and progress.
The residential building, which will be constructed at the back of the old building, will include a variety of premium-standard luxury apartments.
